THE ITEM MUST HAVE INHERENT CHARACTERISTICS OF INDUCING SELF-INDUCTANCE. OPPOSITION TO CURRENT FLOW IS AN INHERENT PROPERTY OF THE RESISTANCE WIRE AND IS MANIFESTED BY THE HEAT DISSIPATION IN THE RESISTOR. EXCLUDES SUPPRESSOR, IGNITION INTERFERENCE.
