OPPOSITION TO THE FLOW OF CURRENT IS AN INHERENT PROPERTY OF THE RESISTANCE WIRE AND IS MANIFEST BY THE HEAT DISSIPATION IN THE RESISTOR. EXCLUDES SUPPRESSOR, IGNITION INTERFERENCE.
